To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return instructions.

Carefully package the item and include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
