Issued in a standard black tray jewel case with an 8-page booklet with photos and credits. This release has the same cat# as the [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/38814]green label issue[/url]. It has a purple CD label with a black box containing white text and logos. Different purples are known, one of which is darker, the other one a less dark purple.
