Issued in stickered dark green/black shrinkwrap, with a cardboard inner/lyrics sleeve with graphics, 4 page Japanese insert, mail-able postcard, 'Mono Lake' diver poster and plain card stiffener.This issue retailed during the early 1980s. Original publishing date 1975 appears on labels and inner sleeve. The only copyright sign is followed by the name Naoki Tachicawa but does not offer a date or year. In the Japanese insert you can see the date 75/9/1, presumably its original release date.
